Focusing on healthy and delicious breads made with heritage organic grains.

We mill our Red Fife heritage wheat and rye fresh for each batch.   This grain, grown by Ironwood Organics, is known for easy digestibility and high vitamin content and is excellent for those who have gluten sensitivities.

Every week we produce braided Challah bread and buns, sourdough breads, sandwich breads and buns, multigrain breads, muffins and cookies.

Our baking can be found at the Ottawa Organic Farmer’s Market ( every Saturday (50 weeks a year!) and from the farm by appointment.  Please contact us for prices and availability
