We mill our Einkorn and Khorasan ancient wheat, Red Fife heritage wheat and rye fresh for each batch. These grains are known for easy digestibility and high vitamin content and is excellent for those who have gluten sensitivities.
Every week we produce braided Challah bread and buns, sourdough breads, sandwich breads and buns, multigrain breads, muffins and cookies. Look for our fresh or frozen pies on special occasions.
