Farmhouse Charcuterie – Pork Belly

Description

Unsmoked, untreated in any way.   This cut is great for topping roast veggies or potatoes.   You can salt and slice it as unsmoked bacon too.   Farmhouse Charcuterie pork is not certified organic but the pigs were raised in the forest and supplemented with organic feed.   There are large pieces (the size of two loaf pans) and small pieces (the size of one loaf pan).   Let me know the size you want in the comments.
