Khorasan is an ancient grain (over 1,000 years old), loaded with vitamins and minerals.   It is also called Kamut.   This bread is the most digestible bread we make.   A golden colour and deeply ridged.  Made entirely with freshly milled khorasan grain, water, sea salt and wild yeast.   No sugar.

Ingredients:  freshly milled whole khorasan grains*, sourdough starter (khorasan flour* & water) water, sea salt.   (* = certified organic ingredient)
