   Initially this lard feels a bit stickier to work with than the boxed stuff from the grocery store, but once you get it incorporated into the flour it is fine. Pastry is easy to roll out, a joy to handle, and it makes THE most amazing, flaky pie crust! Bonus marks for offering it in this format, which is so easy to measure, vs scooping out of a jar. Thank you!
