Mutton – Bone in leg roast

Description

Mutton is lamb which is over 1 1/2 years old.   Our sheep are raised on grass/hay only (no grain ever)  We do not use any chemicals on our sheep.  During the spring, summer and fall they are moved every day to fresh pasture.
