Smoked Pork Jowl

Description

Jowls are the cheeks of a pig.  Sliced like bacon and tasting very much like bacon.   Made using no nitrates or sugar – simply sea salt and six hours of real maple wood smoke.   Packaged in approximately half pound packages.
