Sourdough Rye

Description

Made with freshly milled rye flour blended with cooked whole rye grains and a hint of caraway seed to give the bread a unique texture.  100% rye, 100% sourdough.   No sugar, commercial yeast or other grains are used.  A very dense rye bread.

Ingredients:  freshly milled rye flour*, cooked whole rye grains*, sourdough starter (rye flour* & water) water, caraway seeds*, sea salt.   (* = certified organic ingredient)
