Heritage Sourdough

Description

A fluffier sourdough bread made with a blend of Red Fife heritage wheat and organic white flour.   No sugar and no commercial yeast.

ingredients:  unbleached white flour*, freshly milled red fife whole wheat flour*, water, sea salt.   Sourdough starter (red fife wheat flour*, water)    (* = certified organic ingredient)
