Description
Einkorn is an ancient grain, originating in the Nile River delta, which has been cultivated for more than 1,000 years. It has a delicious nutty flavour with not much bran. The bread is a deep brown colour.
Ingredients: Freshly milled whole einkorn grain*, water, sourdough starter (einkorn grain* & water), sea salt. (* = certified organic ingredient)
